Upon cancellation of orders utilising gift cards, the value of the gift card will be returned to the Diamondtree Wallet.
Under no circumstances will we be able to accept the cancellation of Gold coins/bars, personalised jewellery, customized jewellery, gift cards, or loose solitaires.
Diamondtree at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel any particular order. Your order may be cancelled or refused due to the following: (i) limitations on the number of items available for purchase; and (ii) inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information or other reasons.
We may also request extra verifications or information before approving any order.
