Is the jewellery from Diamondtree real and certified?

All our jewellery is made using 14kt/18kt/22kt gold or PT 950 platinum metals, and we use only Natural Diamond and Polki in our jewellery. The gemstones used could be precious or semi-precious, the same is specified on the website. All products at Diamondtree undergo stringent quality checks by the Quality Check Department to ensure superior quality. You can be rest assured as each product delivered will be accompanied with a certificate of authenticity.

Is the jewellery customizable?

Can my product be gift wrapped?

Can you include a personalized message with my jewellery?

Do you offer video call option to view jewellery?

Do you customize ‘Made to Order’ products?

How do I get product/price break up for ‘Made to Order’ products?

Our jewellery is handcrafted and each piece is different from the rest. While we should be able to share approximate break-up before placing order, final & accurate break-up will only be available once the product is manufactured.

How do I order Diamondtree products not listed on the website?

How can I change shipping address after placing order?

If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us contact us at contact@diamondtree.co.in or call us at +91-9711113888 between 11:30 AM to 8 PM IST, within 12 hours of placing order. However, if the order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change the shipping address.

How soon can I expect my jewellery?

‘Ready to Ship’ products shall be shipped within 2 business days. Products requiring resize/customization shall be shipped within 5 to 7 business days. Products made specially for customers shall be shipped within 30 business days. Some products that require specific customization or customization over the holiday season may require more than 30 days. Once dispatched, the product shall be delivered within 3 to 7 business days.

How can I expedite delivery of my jewellery?

Can I exchange my jewellery?

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation is possible before the product is shipped. Once shipped, order can’t be cancelled. Please note that cancellation of Gold coins/bars, personalised jewellery, customized jewellery, gift cards, or loose solitaires is not possible.
