Diamondtree allows its customers to get 100% exchange on products within 15 days of purchase. However, if the customer still wishes to return they can get 100% refund within 15 days except in cases where the invoice value is more than Rs 1,00,000. In such cases, the customers can leverage the 100% value exchange option which is valid only within 15 days of purchase.
- As soon as we receive your returned jewellery product/s, our Quality Check Department will inspect it.
- Jewellery that has undergone changes, resizing, or wear and tear (by a jeweller other than Diamondtree) will not be accepted under this policy. The product must match what is described on the website and include all necessary documentation. If the tag that reads "Non-Returnable If Torn" is removed, the product will not be accepted under this policy.
- If a product does not get cleared by Quality Check Department due to reasons such as missing diamond, gemstone, change in weight of gold, broken product etc. In such scenarios, the product will not be eligible for 15 Days Money Back Return or Exchange.
- For all returns and exchanges made during the 15-days money-back guarantee, the product must be accompanied by the original product certificate and the original or duplicate of the invoice.
- If the customer is unable to provide the original certificate, the company will send the solitaire or jewellery to the lab for recertification; nevertheless, the customer shall be responsible for paying the shipping and certification fees.
- A whole 100% of the actual amount paid by the customer shall be used as the money-back amount. The exchange value will be reduced by an amount equal to any coupons, discounts, or promotional codes that were utilised during the first transaction, as appropriate.
- Diamondtree's 15-days money-back guarantee return policy allows customer to exchange a product for 100% of the original purchase price. The customer will be required to pay the difference between the new product they have chosen and the amount paid toward the old product if the exchanged product value is more than the value of the old product. The difference will be returned to the consumer if the exchanged product value is less than the value of the old product.
- Personalized jewellery, Customized Jewellery, Gold Coins/Bars are not eligible for return or exchange within the scope of the 15-day money back guarantee policy.
- For exchange orders, the rates and offers for gold that were used for the first order will be applied or replaced.
- International Orders are not eligible for this feature (Orders that will be shipped abroad from India).
- If a customer requests refund under the 15 Day Money-Back policy, the refund money will be transferred to the customer's bank account within 10 business days after the product's approval from Quality Check Department.
- The corporation will choose the current market value.
- For particular customers, Diamondtree retains the right to modify the terms and conditions. The buyer would always be advised of the choice before making the purchase in such a scenario.
- Customer is allowed to exchange their jewellery only once for the full value of the purchase within 15-days. The second time they wish to exchange a product, it will be treated as a lifetime exchange and specific policy shall apply.
- Orders placed in India with an international credit card shall only be eligible for a 15-day exchange, not a 15-day money-back guarantee.
- Orders that have already been exchanged in accordance with the 15 Day Exchange Policy shall not be eligible for the 15 Day Money-Back.
- If customers choose to go ahead with 15-Days money back return or exchange, they are supposed to pack the jewellery carefully in the original packing shared. The box should be bubble wrapped and placed in outer box sent with the original shipment. Original certificate, invoice and anything else sent with product should also be sent back. If the product is damaged in transit due to incorrect packaging, the customer will have to bear the cost of damage. The customer should make a video while packaging product for reference during the refund/exchange process.
